Once a refund is issued it goes back to the card originally used. It cannot be sent to a different card or to a bank account.
- It typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Some banks show it as a separate credit line; others make the original charge disappear.
- International cards can take longer, and the amount may differ slightly because of exchange rates between the two dates.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, reply to that confirmation email and we will trace it.
